combine multiple fields into a query

Hi All
I have had a reply from MAJP and others which really helped
I am doing a family tree and trying to make a timeline so It will be a persons birth date and then christened date and marriage date and date of death for both partners

I currently have 8 append queries to do the job but im thinking there must be an easier way
MAjP suggested a really good way but I couldn't get my head around the syntax

I attach the cut down database if anyone wants to suggest the SQL syntax I should use
