I am trying to set parameters in a form to create a report based on a query. I have three fields that I want to use as part of my form to output a report.
Date (text boxes)
Agency (combo box)
SiteName (multi-select list box)
I have already specified a specific date range, and this works fine. I would like to enable a user to then select an Agency and SiteName and have only those data outputted in my report.
Help!
