Combo box error with capitals

Hi all,

I have a very starnge problem with a couple of combo boxes on seperate forms in Access 2007. Combo boxes work great, but if I have caps lock on I get odd results. the auto populate does not work, and sometime I get a lightning Icon appearing on the 3rd character. However in lower case there are no issues. The combo box contains first name and last name with caps on first characters of names.

Any ideas, driving me mad this one

Screen shot attached. This name happens to be me "Neill Hucklesby". This screen shot is a results of me typing "NE". If I type "NEI" I get "NeIill Hucklesby", so lightning symbol gone and auto populate not correct (extra I in Neill). Weird.
