Combo box Report

Dear Friends

I have a combo box in my form which is a list of Customers. Access report shows grouped Customer report.
Now I want the report of one particular Customer or I want to exclude a customer/s. What query criteria should be used. I applied all =, <> etc but it doeskin work. It gives type mismatch error. I guess for combo box there is some other expression.

Please help me out.

It gives type mismatch error.

this means you are comparing apples and bananas and usually happens when you are using lookups in your table design - typically you are trying to compare a number with text. If you are, remove them and you should then see the issue.

If not then provide some more information - rowsource and bound column to your combo, plus relevant table field names and their datatypes for your target table
