Hello! Need some help cannot figure out how to do my idea. my problem is i have a combo box with a normalization within meaning the table query fields is 3 but I can you can see one field only, the field that you can see is not the one i am saving, since I have column counts as 0;1, the field that i am saving is the one under 0. for the query of this combo i have the third field which filter which record will be seen the active and inactive. SO what happen all the existing that records that has been inactive is not visible anymore. What I am trying to do is I will remove my filter field but as soon as i got focus on the combobox I will filter all the active records. How can I do that???/ please help

You can Requery just a ComboBox. This can be done in the GotFocus event of the ComboBox if you want.

Use the code builder to put: Me.ComboBoxName.Requery in the GotFocus event of the ComboBox. Using your ComboBox name of course.
