Combobox FindRecord Issue

I have a combobox on quite a few forms that finds a record based on the UserID and Date. Once a date from the combobox is selected it is meant to display the corresponding values on the form. On some of the forms this works perfectly. On other forms it does not.

What could be the reason for this?

I do have subforms on all the forms. Thanks for the help!

When dealing with references between forms and subforms you do need to ensure you use the correct syntax for the reference.
