Comma seperated query results

OK- I have a report called 'Agenda' with two subforms in it which is in datasheet format - There is only a single column of peoples names attending the meeting for thaat agenda but I was wondering is it possible to have the output as comma seperated values instead of a datasheet?

The sub forms are listing the values vertically and wasting space on the page - I wanted to have value1, value 2, value 3 etc

this is cool- I have set up my module - and in the report I have a text field where I want to output the apologies for that meeting. I am using the query qryApologys for that. I am not getting the expected results though

I get a too few parameters error message

the form to open is frmviewagenda. supposed to pick a date from the drop down and hit the print button
