Command button on form - Print single record mail merge

Hi!
I’m a student and fairly new to MS Access so any basic guidance would be great…
I have created a database of employee records and merged it with a Word document (new employee contract) in order to save time when a new member of staff is taken on. However, I need to create a command button from a form in the database that prints only the mail merge word document for one of the records at a time so that when a new employee's details are entered I can simply click a button and the contract is printed and ready to sign. Is this possible?

You can call up the record using the employeeID or employee name, whichever is your PK, and print it. Just wondering, why not put the contract as a report in Access, then you can print that report instead of having to go to Word?
