Command Button Wizard in Databases converted form 97 to 2000

When ever I try to add a command button on a form in a database converted from Access 97 to Access 2000 I get the error "Object variable or With block variable not set".

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

I've got the same problem although it's just a straight Access 2000 database, it hasn't been converted - anyone with a solution (or explanation as to why) to this one?
