I have a form linked to a table that uniquely identifies each record with an autonumber field. The form contains many pagebreaks that the user tabs through. On the last page there is a button that opens a dialog box to give the user printer and email options for the worksheet they completed. In this dialog box I need to place yet another option for the user. I need this button to open a separate form linked to a separate table and automatically create a new record with the same ID number as the first form. Also, is it possible to jump to that record on the new form if the ID number already exists?
Hopefully someone can point me to the right direction.
