How to get new toggle buttons on an old form (1 Viewer)

I have a large application with many forms, some of them old. I have noticed that when I add a toggle button to a new form it looks fine, like a button. But when I add the same toggle button to an old form, it looks like a plain rectangle, not a button at all. I don't think that the toggle button is at fault, it appears to be something in the old form that is making the toggle button look like a plain rectangle.

How can I update the old forms to behave like new forms, and accept the new toggle buttons?

See if the old form has a Use Themes property and try to set it to Yes.
