compare two tables and show difference

hello and hope you can help me, have a problem i think i could solve but the way im thinking of doing it would be very long winded and could cause problems under certain circumstances as i cant work out a fast easy solution

i have two tables webs_user and webs_squads_members

webs_user has a complete list off all registed users and contains a field called userID

webs_squads_members a list of the above members who are also assigned to a team/squad , this table also has the field userID

i'd like to create a query that compares the userID fields and shows me the members from user_webs who arent in webs_squads_members

ive problem explained it like a complete tool so hopes this makes sense as i realy dont want to do this my way
