Completing Module and marco

Dear friends,
i am not good in access application. but managed to write/some cut/paste sort of preparation. I have finish from table to forms but unable to test how it would look like.
I am also stuck in module and marco section of it.

We'll need some more information on what exactly is causing you problems if anyone here is to help you.
Beware copy/pasting, if you don't understand what you are copying, it will be difficult to see why things are going wrong.
