From a preliminary bases I think it is working correctly. Thank You So Much... Just a question so i can become smarter. What does the Nz and the 9999 do in the expression? But thank you again, if it still isn't working quite right i am sure i will be back.

The NZ handles nulls (NZ sort of stands for Null to Zero) and in this case we wouldn't want the date set to 0 if null because that would give us a date of December 30, 1899 which would be the oldest date. So to set it way out in the future if it is null then deals with it the way we want.
