I'm using access 97.

I have a report based on a query which displays information like this..

Building: AAA Ceramics
Room NO: 12

Trade Name: Octanol

Location of Chemical
Inside/Outside: Inside
Floor: 1st
Quadrant: in fume hood
Quadrant: in cabinet
Quadrant: in closet

Okay, so what I would like to do here is concatenate the Quandrant: so that it only reads one line like this,

Quandrant: in fume hood, in cabinet, in closet, etc....

Instead of listing Quadrant three times, I like the Quandrant to just concatenate additional strings...

For example, if I entered another Quandrant in the same building, room #, etc, it will just concatenate like the example above.

Hope this is enough info...
Thanx

gustavson, I did reply to you in General. Just FYI, you can hide your embarassment by editing your original post and checking the 'Delete' box in the top left corner...

*poof* No more proof you're a bumbling fool (works for me, sort of..)

Good luck,
David R
