Conditional Formatting

I have a form textbox with a back color of gray. I want to use conditional formatting so the back color turns from gray to red if the value in the textbox is null. I tried conditional formatting using expression "isnull", but it does not work.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

It should be;

Expression Is: [NameOfYourTextBox] Is Null
