Conditonal Formatting - Field Has Focus?

I am trying to configure conditional formatting in a datasheet form so that when a cell is clicked on the Field Has Focus formatting is applied to the entire row to invert the text and not jut to that one cell.

Is there any way to do this? I have tried various expressions on the other cells but nothing works

i don't think you can do this on a datasheet. You can probably do it (or at least simulate it) it on a continuous form
