Connecting to SQL Server 2008 using Access 2003

I have SQL Server 2008 Express and I have Access 2003, I want to use SQL Server as the back end and Access as the front end. I will need to distribute the Access front end to several people across the country but the SQL Server will reside with me. What is the easiest way to connect to the SQL Server with out having to remote in to each users desktop and create an odbc connection? I can't create a ADP between Access 2003 and SQL 2008.
