consolidate fields in a table

Hi, just wondering if its possible to consolidate records in access.

I have a bunch of information imported from a spreadsheet in the form


UserID Time
--------------------
1 4
1 4
1 10
2 2
2 5
3 4
3 7
3 9
3 11
4 13

What I want to do is consolidate these records so the table becomes

UserID Time
--------------------
1 18
2 7
3 31
4 13


is this possible?

Import the data and then append to the actual table you want it in using an Aggregate query.
