Thanks guys for getting back to me ever so quickly. I am quite new on the access side but stronger on the vb and c++. I have to build a prototype db that will pull together all the p&l and balance sheet data from multiple subsidiaries (who have variaous databases into one Central database). Could anyone please point me in the necessary steps. Should I build the database on a branch by branch basis (remember each branch of the company has multiple tables in its p&l) or set up a central db at once and that will pull data from various tables from various branches.
