Controlling Word from Access VBA

I'm just wondering if anyone has had any experience coding VBA to control Word from Access. I have a report that my user wants automatically created in Word for emailing. There are too many lines and graphics for exporting, and the user requires it in Word, so the pdf / snapshot routes are no good. Before I even try, I'm just wondering how much of a pain-in-the-behind it is. Thanks!
 
Have a look to Helen Feddema's site and make yourself an idea. Her site is a great resource when it comes to linking access with other Office applications. You'll find there tutorial and sample DB on how to use Word to create Access reports:
