Hello all!

Is there a way of converting an Access 2010 database into an EXE file that does not require having Access installed?

Thanks!

Re-writing the application in a new programming language, such as .NET, C++, or your choice, but otherwise no, you could not do this in previous versions of Access and you cannot to it in current versions, an Access database requires Access to be installed to use the built in forms, reports, queries, etc. Other applications can read an Access database without it being installed through use of JET, or ACE for newer Access databases, but that is only for reading data.

Install Access 2010 Runtime on the machines that don't have Access. It is available free from Microsoft.

Doesn't Access 2010 have a way to publish the forms onto a web browser?

Yes, IF you use SharePoint 2010 with Access Services installed. You can get hosting at places like AccessHosting.com or if you are large enough and have SharePoint 2010 available with Access Services installed, you can do it.
