Convert linked OLE ojects to the new Attachments data type

I have an access 2003 database with a table that has a field (OLE object data type) called 'SR'. This field currently list the OLE object files per record in the table. I would like to migrate my access 2003 db to access 2010 in order to take advantage of the new Attachments data type. Before I migrate over, I need to figure out how I can transfer all my OLE object files to a new field called (Files) in the existing table with the new field having a Attachments data type. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
