Converting Combo To Text Box

The form has two fields that use the same information, one using a combo box, and the other a text box. They have the same source formating. How do I get it that the combo box information shows up in the text box?

The GIF attachment is a picture of the form in its traditional format.

The jpg attachment is a picture of the form in its design view.

I don't understand your requirement. Please elaborate.

The text box is only showing the ID of the date in question. It is supposed to show the actual date. I would convert it back to a combo box, like the one in the box, but then I could not have it vertical, which is also vital..... Does that help elaborate a little?

Is it the second column of the combo box that has the date field?
