Converting Reports to HTML/Word

Hi guys & gals,
I want to send a copy of my reports (justified) to some1 via email, when I try to send em either by converting it to HTML or RTF it loses the boxes that it shows on the report so u just end up with a bunch of text on a page that looks cr@p. Does any1 know how I can prevent this.

try snapshot or send it to a pdf writer (search forums for info)
