Copy printed words from internet video

My “Health food nut wife” wants me to copy all the words from a

internet video about eating right and print it out for her. Is there any way to do that?

first download the video. various tools that can download a video from a webpage, although Youtube restricts most of these from actually functioning. common Chrome extension category.
