Copy selective fields from one form to another (1 Viewer)

I have 2 forms with identical field names and I would like to be able to go to any field in one form and hit some button or a key on the keyboard and copy that value into the same field in a new record in the 2nd form. How can I do this? The fields that need to be copied will vary every time that I need to copy them so I need to be able to copy them individually and selectively.
