Copy table contents to clipboard

Hi guys,

I have a form. On this form I generate some table contects etc. The user insists they want to be able to open the tables to copy the contents to excel.

Anyway, is there a way to just click a button on the form and copy the contents of the table to clipboadr so you can paste it into a work book?

Why not export it into an excel sheet for him? Save him the trouble of pasting it!

He is insistant. I might do this - clear the excel workbook each run and link it to the master spreadsheet.

Why is he insisting to do something he dont need to be doing ??? Customers/Managers *Sigh* B... S...

For copying data to the clipboard, you could use "sendkeys" to press CTRL-A followed by CTRL-C ?? That would work, tho not the most eligant way...

I think you can send stuff to the clipboard using API, but I dont know any access native way to send stuff to the clipboard without either of above 2 "tricks"
