Count criteria

I have a report that shows the total number of entries for each criteria. I have based this upon numerous queries. Is there a formula I can enter into the report fields that will count the entries directly from the Table.
The fields are Team Id, Status, Complexity & Priority. A sample of the inputted data would be 1744, Open, Major & Urgent. Is there someway that I can get a count in the report that matches all 4 inputted data? Thankyou in advance for any help.

Maybe what you are looking for is DCount function. You could use it to count the number of ID's based on the criteria that you have in your query.

This sounds like a case for sum if in a query, reports should be based on a query not directly on a table.

Eg Countstatusopen: Iif(status="open",1,0) and then make the total row sum.
New fields can be created for all fields and criteria
