Question create a list box

I have a contact manager form with all the contact info of my client.

I want to create a list box in that form that shows the info in a query. The query contains dates and times of people I'm supposed to call back.

I want to be able to double click on the person in the list box that I want to go to and have the contact information show up in the contact form.

How do I create the list box on my form that is linked to the query and be able to double click on any of the information in the list box and have all the info of the contact show up in the form?
