I was actually going to mention some things about the structure of your tables but I know that being in your profession, you've got too much on your hands to worry about already. However, if you do want some advice on restructuring your tables, feel free to post a question in the "Theory and practice of database design" forum and I'm sure someone will be able to assist.

By the way, I was thinking of doing an MBA in the US. I might PM you sometime.

vbaInet - I would appreciate more communication with you - share my work with you - this system is Excel/Outlook based - generates unique multiple choice and Excel (accounting - pivot tables, array algebra, etc) for students - no two students receive the same assignment. All data stored in Access. Everything is automated - Outlook - uses rules and vba - instantiates Excel where most of the work is completed. Can we communicate off here?
