Create a Table Listing

Does anyone know a way that I can create a simple listing of all the tables in a database? I don't need details of each table, just a listing of all the tables names in a database, preferably in a format that I can export to an Excel spreadsheet so I can save and print/manipulate/email them there?

Open a new query, switch to SQL View, and copy this SQL into the window:

SELECT Name
FROM MSysObjects
WHERE Name Not Like "MSys*" AND Type=1
ORDER BY Name;
