I've developed an application in Access 2000 for a friend who runs a small business.

There are several forms and reports and what I want to do is completely remove all Menu items and toolbars from all forms.

The reports are shown in 'Print Preview' and the only toolbar I want is one that shows:- Close, Print and Zoom. I've created this custom toolbar ok, but it appears on every form as well as the reports.

I've set the 'Menu Bar' property on all forms to =-1
I've also tried changing the Startup settings for the database, but I can't get the result I'm after.

Any help much appreciated.

TIA

It looks like there's no-one on this forum who knows the answer to my question.

I'll have to try another forum.

Thanks anyway.

Thanks Bob

The Youtube tutorial shows how to create customised toolbars- I know how to do that.

What I wanted to know was how to show certain toolbars on certain reports and hide them on certain forms etc.

I've now found the answer, but thanks for your help.
