Create sub forms in forms

Hello, my name is Revlie and I'm from the Netherlands. I'm creating a database for Curriculum Vitaes of consultants. These consultants have a lot of different fields they work in. I've created differt tables and have made the relations between the tables. My question is: I've 1 table containing Regions (for example: Latin America, East Africa, Europe). And I've created tables for the countries in the regions (for example Sudan, Ethiopia). Now I want to create a form: when you choose Latin America, a subform "pops up" and you can choose the countries they've worked in. More scores have to be possible. I hope someone can help me solve my problem in not to tecnical terms. Thanx in advance. Revlie
