Creating a custom Currency format

I am trying to have my currency in tables and forms display an unusual currency N for Nigerian Naira.

I have tried to set the PC to Naira but there is no allowance for this and all searches don't seem to offer a solution?

So basically instead of a Pound sign i need to display and N

Try this as the Format property of the field in table design view...

\N#,###.00

Does that solve it?

Thanks for your help guys but neither help? MarkK's one will but i will have to change the format to a 'number' as opposed to what i have it set to now which is 'currency'.

I have in fact just changed from 'Currency' to 'General Number' and this will suffice.
