Creating a hyperlink in switchboard manager

Is there a way to create a hyperlink in switchboard manager? I have tried using the run code option but to no avail. How do I get this to work so I when I click a button from the switchboard it will take me to the web link.

Yes, it is possible, but some modifications to modules are required.
