I have asked this question a few times but I don't think I have explained myself properly.
I have an order management database to enter all customer details and orders. I want to produce an invoice for each order, For example: Customer A orders, 2 cups & 1 brush. I want to show an invoice for that customer with their order and and other related details. This is where I am stuck.
I have created a query with all the fields I require in the Invoice. I cannot get this to translate into an Invoice per customer order. It either shows all items ordered by all customers or it shows 1 item per customer and not the full order.
I don't know if this is an issue with grouping and sorting. I have looked at the Northwind invoice. This is exactly what I want. When I try to replicate it, it doesn't work.
Can anyone advise me on how to correct this. I am sure for anyone experienced with Access, this won't be as difficult as I am making it.
To anyone who has offered assistance before, thank you. Unfortunately, I cannot get your instructions to work.
All help, greatly appreciated.
