Creating Mailing Labels by Area

I have a database for a charity with members from a wide range of different areas, i have 2-3 groups running in each area and have reports listing the names and addresses of each member for each group.

What i am wanting to do is create mailing labels for each area so that i can print of just the addresses for certain area and not every address of every member.

Is it possible to arrange the mailing lists by area? if so how would i go about doing it?

Any info is much appreciated

Create a query and filter out the group you want to print
 
Thanks. this seems to have worked but i am slightly confused with the options for what label to use. i am from the UK and want the standard 5 line label to print on A4 sheets of paper

do you no which option i should choose?
 
Avery Labels are the norm. Buy your laser labels first then decide which style to use.
