I have a database for a charity with members from a wide range of different areas, i have 2-3 groups running in each area and have reports listing the names and addresses of each member for each group.
What i am wanting to do is create mailing labels for each area so that i can print of just the addresses for certain area and not every address of every member.
Is it possible to arrange the mailing lists by area? if so how would i go about doing it?
