Creating Report

Hi sir

I have Two colums

Name Date
Ashish 06/05/2007
Ashish 05/03/2007
Ashish 10/07/2007
Sachin 30/05/2007
Sachin 10/08/2007
Sachin 09/07/2007
Ajay 25/06/2007
Ajay 30/05/2007
Ajay 21/03/2007
Ajay 10/01/2007
Ajay 21/07/2007
Ajay 25/03/2007

I have data in thousands it is just a part of it

Now What I want to do is
I want to create a report

Where Name Comes one time and Date must be come in a row format
for example

Ashish 06/05/2007 05/03/2007 10/07/2007

Sachin 30/05/2007 10/08/2007 09/07/2007

Ajay 25/06/2007 30/05/2007 21/03/2007 10/01/2007 21/07/2007

Please help me out in this I spend my so much time on it but i don't get any result please tell me when anything like that is possible.
