Criteria from Multiple Check Boxes

I have a qryLog containing field [Account]

I want users in a form to be able to alter the account name used to generate a subform based on which check boxes for example are ticked.
These would be Account1, Account2 etc.

How can I do this and then have the active subform update itself, maybe on a timer event?

Huh? What account name? What subform?
I don't think you've explained the existing system or your objectives well enough for anybody to advise you effectively.
