Crosstab Query with Percentages Giving Error/Bad Data

I have a crosstab query (qryPhysicianLevelbyPayorMix) that references another query (qryChargeTotals for Physician) to determine what percentage of total charges were for each type of insurance. Unfortunately, this query is not producing the results I'm expecting to see. It either gives an error - "This expression is typed incorrectly, or it is too complex to be evaluated. For example, a numeric expression may contain too many complicated elements. Try simplifying the expression by assigning parts of the expression to variables." - when certain physicians (i.e. Anderson, Bell, Collins, Robinson) are entered or it gives bad data when other physicians (i.e. Allen, Baker, Fisher, Miller) are entered.

I feel like this query SHOULD work because I have a very similar query (qrySpecialtyLevelbyPayorMix) that works great. The specialty query results are how I want my physician query results to look. I think it must be something about the fact that I have multiple specialties associated with some of the physicians. The data is grouped by specialty in rptPhysicianLevelbyPayor. Perhaps that could be part of the problem??

I have stripped out non-relevant data and have thrown dummy names into my tables so that maybe someone could take a look at this query and make some sense of it.

Thanks in advance!!
