A B C D E F G
1. Acc Date Start Int WL MV
2. SSAAB150288 15/02/88 Month 1.25 10 1000
3. SSAAB180288 18/02/88 Month 0 20 980
4. SSAAB250288 25/02/88 Month 1.25 10 970
5. SSAAB290288 29/02/88 Month 0 10 960
6. SSXXB150288 15/02/88 Start 1.25 10 1000
7. SSXXB180288 18/02/88 Month 0 20 980
8. SSXXB250288 25/02/88 Month 2.25 10 970
9. SSXXB290288 29/02/88 Month 0 10 960

Sorry to post a big question

I used to to apply this logic in XL to do my job A-F = XL Columns & 1-9 XL Rows

ifA2=A1, E2+E1, E2

This is to have a cumulative figure for a month. Just bcoz the data is growing in large numbers, we were advised to use access for which I don't know how to perform this calculation. Can someone explain / help / assist me on this please. Thanks in advance.

It Will Be in Table Format and i am assuming you dont need A you Need Acc that is B:

SELECT Acc, Sum(Int) AS CumInt
FROM T1
GROUP BY Acc;
