For my Student Record System that I have created I would like to customise the toolbars shown at the top. I understand this can be achived as I have seen other programs do this like so:

So in this instance I would like to remove all of the Formatting toolbar and the menus at the top and would like to add two of my own on their own, namely 'Exit Program' and 'Help' if possible.
How would I go about this please, would I use macro's?
