Cut multiple fields /paste to other fields

Hi folks

I've been looking for way to programmatically copy and paste the contents of one text field to another within a form. Generally the forms have two sets of details that usually have the same dates and so on. sometimes they don't and obviously these could be changed manually.

To be able to copy and paste multiple fields into the other fields would help greatly.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

IMHO: i think you should change the design of your form. Perhaps a master-detail form?

However you could use the TAG property for this purpose.
loop through your controls and copy the value of matching TAGs from one place to the other.
