Data Access Page Password-record help

Hi All,

I have a dap where users can input medication errors into a database. I have set-up other dap's that users can access to see the results.

I would like to create a dap where a user enters their name and password and a date range. Upon entering this information, the user only sees the records that have them listed as making the error within the desired time frame. How would I do this? I used the search function but can't find anything.

Any ideas?
