Quick Question,

What does the data entry property in a form do?

Cheers,
Chris

From Help:

You can use the DataEntry property to specify whether a bound form opens to allow data entry only. The Data Entry property doesn't determine whether records can be added; it only determines whether existing records are displayed. Read/write Boolean.

And just a slight re-wording outside of the Help File wording, to help for understanding, as the help file wording may be a bit confusing to newer users.

If you set a form for DataEntry then it will open with no past records showing and it will only show the records that the person using the form has currently entered in this session only and the next time the form is opened, it will again show no existing records (even though the records are still there).
