Data macros

Hello

I have a form with source table "epm info"
I want to insert these fields to this table and there is no problem here
I also have another table as " Checkpoints" and I want to insert some fields to this table as well
I searched and understood that with named macro it is possible
But when I created it I had a problem
Can you help me please?
Do you know how to create a named data macro?
