Attached below are 3 JPEG files illustrate how the problem happen

Before.jpg - show the original screen

Process.jpg - show the activity I am doing. I choose No when the message box prompt out

After.jpg - show the output in screen immediately after I click No

My question is the data shown in screen suddenly become lesser . Any reason and what could be the solution ?

the total is still the same

scroll right, and you will see a scroll bar
scroll back up, and you will be able to see trhe "missing" item
(or move up through the records with cursor keys)

already scroll up, can't move further up ...:)

perhaps you don't have a vertical scroll bar in the subform - continuous form. The total hasn't changed, so the records must be there.

Like gemma-the-husky said, scroll right then scroll up.

Edit: Just noticed there was an update before mine.

I suggest, put Event on "After del confirm",
and put the code

DoCmd.GoToRecord , , acFirst

in that sub.

Has followed what has been proposed, but it doesn't work. Look at the attachment below

TQ, it works !!! The command above will move cursor to the first record and all records can be displayed on screen now.

You're using a subform that has the scrollbars (both vertical and horizontal) turned off.
