Database append not working correctly

Hi,

I have attached my database which has an append query in it. Basically if a training course has a renewal date another query tells it what date it should be rebooked. The last record of this is then appended to another table so that when a course is renewed it can be ticked off. The issue I have is the append query is not doing as it should. It used to but something has changed and now it pastes 4 records each with a two year gap in renewal whatever the setup is. I have put some false info in for it to be tested etc. I think there is an issue with the links somewhere but I cant find it.:banghead:

Hi Paul, fine you have attached but you need to give information which form/query you have problem with, how "use it" and how to control the result. We do not know how you have setup your database!

Hi,

Thanks for the interest guys but I have sorted it. I just had a second table showing in a query window that didn't need to be there which was confusing the query.
