You are confusing helping with doing. Are you getting paid to do this work? Why would you expect me to do it for you for free? I have already spent over an hour of my very valuable time on your problems this week. I downloaded several versions of your database and took the time to review them and make comments. I think that is quite enough. I gave you directions on how to build a query using the query builder. Did you try it?

If you have trouble understanding my philosophy, it is based on this old proverb -

my simple qwuestion is should i have drop down boxes setup in the table or should i only have relationships setup and use forms.

You are confusing helping with doing

Explain to me then how doing something for somebody isn't helping them.
e.g changing a tyre for someone that can't.

exactly setting up one table would have enable me to study it then i could always do it for myself!

It all comes down to your attitude, if you would simplify your posts so that people with not very good understanding of access could understand i might find it a little easier,

Instead of No i can't This is abrupt un-warranted and is just not the way you help people. There are 100's of way to help somebody, but it is your poor choice of words that aggravate me.
